Designed to reduce the number of head injuries in the workplace, the Portwest Semi-Vented Short-Peak Bump Cap provides protection against minor bumps and scrapes. Combining the style of a sports cap with the protection of a plastic shell and soft pad for shock absorption, it is ideal for wearing in environments where the protection of a full hard hat is not required. As it features a shorter peak design, it provides lighter wear and improved vision.

Protective Shell

The shell of the bump cap is constructed from high-quality ABS. This provides good protection, and is semi-vented with side ventilation holes for breathability. It is encased in an inner soft pad, which absorbs shock while also improving comfort for the wearer.

The Semi-Vented Bump Cap features a shorter peak length of 3cm. Not only does this mean that the cap is lighter to wear, but it also helps to improve vision by reducing the length of the peak.
