Providing protection against mechanical risk, some chemicals, and heat and cold, the Ansell AlphaTec 62-401 Insulated Latex Gauntlet Gloves are suitable for an array of tasks in the food, construction, manufacturing and public utilities industries. A crinkle finish promotes safer handling and reduces user hand fatigue, while a liquid-proof coating and gauntlet cuff add extra protection against liquids and chemicals.

Protection Against Heat and Cold
The 62-401 Gloves provide protection against contact heat. When tested to EN407:2004, they received a rating of '02XXXX', meaning that they provide protection against contact heat up to 250°C.
These gloves also provide insulation against contact cold down to -20°C and resist permeation by water for longer than 30 minutes. As a result, they are ideal for outdoor applications, wet work and tasks that take place in a cold environment.
