How to Print an Invoice

At SafetyGloves.co.uk, we send a copy of your invoice to your email address whenever you place an order. If, however, you are looking for your invoice after a period of time, you might not be able to find your email any more or may have even deleted it accidentally.

If this is the case, don't worry! Here at SafetyGloves.co.uk, we make it as easy as a couple of clicks for you to find your VAT invoice.

How to Find Your Invoice Via Email

If you have retained your original order email, the invoice should be attached as a PDF. The PDF file will be named "Invoice" and will feature your unique ordering code, which will allow you to easily differentiate between multiple invoices, if needs be.

Once you have opened the attachment, you will be able to print your invoice via your standard method of printing.

How to Find Your Invoice on Your Account

If you cannot find your order confirmation email or do not have access to the email account with which you placed the order, you can access your order on our site.

Step One: Sign In to Your Account

You can sign into your account by clicking the "Sign In" button at the top of every page (see below for details).

Once you are on this page, select "I am a returning customer" and enter your account email and password.

Step Two: Access Your Order History

Once you have signed in, you should have an option to view "Your Account" in the top bar.

On the "Your Account" page, select the heading "Order Information". This will display all orders that you have placed with SafetyGloves.co.uk in the past two years.

Step Three: Find Your Invoice

After navigating to the "Order Information" page, you will be able to view a list of all of your recent orders. If you need reminding of what is in an order, you can see a breakdown of what was included in the order by clicking the order number (see below for an example).

When you have found the order for which you need the invoice, you can view the invoice by clicking either "View Invoice" (which brings up a browser-based version) or "View PDF" (which opens a PDF version of your invoice).

Once you have opened the PDF or website page, you will be able to print your invoice via your standard method of printing.
