For General Surgery and Chemotherapy Drug Protection
The Protexis PI gloves are recommended for use in general surgery, and are supplied sterile to eliminate the risk of contamination or infection to the patient. These thick gloves are also tested and certified to withstand the penetration of multiple chemotherapy agents for exposure prevention of these chemicals.
Are These Gloves Suitable For Those With Latex Sensitivities?
Polyisoprene is a synthetic form of latex, made in a laboratory rather than natural rubber latex which is made from a tree. The Protexis PI Gloves therefore contain no allergenic latex proteins, and so is a safe alternative for individuals with latex sensitivities or applications where latex allergies are a concern.
Allows for Natural Hand Movement
These gloves are produced on the exclusive Cardinal Health surgical glove mould, giving them a range of advantages compared to other surgical gloves. An independent thumb design gives the Protexis PI gloves more natural movement in fingers, thumbs and palm as well as a better, more anatomical fit.
